Riddley Retail Fixtures Inc. is a family-owned and operated company that started from humble beginnings in 1989. On what was once a cornfield, we have grown into a nationwide business with three separate locations in North Carolina. Our company has experienced tremendous growth over the past 30 plus years as a result of the hard work from our knowledgeable staff and personalized service. Retail

For more than 20 years, Riddley has perfected the art of retail displays. We are able to create fully customized check-out counters, retail shelves, freestanding fixtures, and point-of-purchase displays, as well as custom woodwork designs based on your retail needs. We can offer solutions in laminate, metal, and wood with personalized  accessories to provide you with the flexibility you desire.

Commercial

Riddley’s earliest projects were in residential cabinetry and custom woodwork jobs. After a few years in the business, we expanded our production to include casework and architectural millwork for commercial scale projects. Our custom-designed commercial fixtures can elevate any space. At Riddley, we have the ability to manufacture custom countertops, casework, wood paneling, and moulding in virtually any design and all species of wood, providing you the finishing touch to achieve your distinct aesthetic.

Over the years, our capabilities have expanded and our markets have diversified, allowing us to take on a wide range of clients and project types from coast to coast. However, at our core, we’re still the same small-town business with the same hard working values.

In recent years, we have experienced substantial growth requiring us to expand our original 2,000 square foot shop in Kings Mountain, North Carolina, and we added two other locations in Cherryville and Shelby with over 300,000 square feet across the sites. These expansions allowed us to bring all of our operations in-house, including our expert metal fabrication services. All of our products and fixtures are created, designed, and developed by our skilled team of designers and engineers. Your visions are brought to life on the shop floor by our staff of experienced craftsmen and operators. The end result is a product your brand will be proud to display.

Wood Fabrication

Whether it’s hardwood or laminates, we are the industry experts when it comes to providing custom woodwork. Using our cutting edge technology and our expert team of in-house employees, Riddley Retail Fixtures Inc. has the ability to meet the needs of your project. Our equipment includes multiple CNC Routers, Point-to-Point Panel Saws, and Edgebanding machinery. 

Metal Fabrication

Riddley Metals is our in-house full-service sheet and tube metal fabrication operation. From fiber laser cutters, to forming and welding, we can tackle any and all metal projects. We have the capabilities and the know-how to meet the demands of this growing market, and are always looking for ways to expand.

Our Process

Concept

From the beginning, our team of designers and engineers will work with you to conceptualize your idea, determine your budget, and get to know your brand. Here, we discuss what materials, designs, and finishes you prefer, as well as any potential customizations. This is one of the most vital steps of our process because it not only establishes your project requirements, but also allows us to learn your company inside and out. 

Prototyping

Once our in-house team of designers have provided you with detailed drawings and renderings, we begin the prototyping phase. During this process we provide our clients with a working prototype of their project. We then make additional adjustments based on customer feedback and wait for the final approval from the customer. Once approved we move from the prototype to production phase.

Production

 Here, your project truly comes to life. While we take our time to ensure your design perfectly reflects your wants, needs, and brand, the production process will be surprisingly quick. Our modern machinery, along with our stocking programs, allow us to shorten lead times. No matter the size of your project, we can assist in the install of our products, with minimal interruption to your business or operation.
